chore(aur): sync PKGBUILD for cmd/ layout, pkgrel 3

Browse Source 
- build: ./cmd/streamdeck-lets-go (not '.')
- source: bare filenames (AUR forbids subdirectories)
- install: srcdir root (matching source paths)
