fix: add iOpenPod dependency as pip installable from GitHub

iopenpod is not published on PyPI — it lives at
https://github.com/TheRealSavi/iOpenPod.git.  The old
requirement 'iopenpod>=1.0.53' would always fail with
'Package not found'.

Using the PEP 508 @ git+ URL ensures pip fetches and
installs iOpenPod directly from the upstream repo.
